University degree (where a degree has been awarded on completion of four years study in a university or equivalent institution) in communication, journalism, marketing or other closely related field
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the area related to ToR
Ability to work systematically, methodically, methodologically and accurately
Ability to work under the guidance of senior experts and deliver high-quality inputs on time
Advanced computer skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Demonstrated experience in EU-funded projects, with a particular emphasis on the sectors of social policy and inclusion, employment, and ESF-related instruments
Excellent command of English; knowledge of the local language is an asset

The role
The Preparation for Sectoral Operational Programme 2024–2027 Employment and Social Inclusion project (IPA III), implemented by a consortium led by WYG Consulting Ltd., is seeking a Junior Non-Key Expert (JNKE) for Policy, Institutional and Stakeholder Coordination in the ESP Sector.
The expert will provide support to the project team and beneficiary institutions in the implementation of activities as specified in the ToR.
