How we count
An ad is one vacancy notice, not one post and not one hire. We count every ad Erala first saw on an official career page in the last 90 days, closed ones included, after dropping the copies an aggregator re-posts. Hiring bodies are grouped under one name whatever each source calls them. Roles are read from the ad's title and skills from its full text, each against a fixed list. No body, role, skill or city seen in fewer than three ads is named, and a table built on a field we could read for fewer than half the ads is left out. The sources are listed on Sources & roadmap.
